These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Masingita Events & Venue Hire website and any enquiry or booking made with Masingita Events & Venue Hire, located at 17 Phillip Street, Harding, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. By submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us by phone or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
Submitting the enquiry form on this website, or sending a message via WhatsApp, does not constitute a confirmed booking. All enquiries are provisional until availability, event details and terms have been discussed and agreed directly with Mr Dlamini by phone or WhatsApp. We recommend confirming your date as early as possible, as availability is limited.
A deposit may be required to secure your preferred date. Deposit amounts, payment methods and balance due dates are agreed directly with the venue at the time of booking and are not processed or collected through this website. This website does not process online payments of any kind.
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements, including any applicable notice periods or fees, are subject to the terms agreed directly with Mr Dlamini at the time your booking is confirmed. Please raise any cancellation or date-change request as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
Guests are expected to treat the venue, gardens, hall and surrounding grounds with care and respect, and to be mindful of neighbouring properties, particularly regarding noise levels. Illegal activity of any kind is not permitted on the premises. Masingita Events & Venue Hire is not responsible for personal belongings, gifts, equipment or other property brought onto the premises by guests, hired vendors or event organisers.
While every reasonable effort is made to maintain a safe and well-kept venue, Masingita Events & Venue Hire accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage arising from attendance at an event, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Guests and event organisers attend and make use of the venue at their own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
